• Customers may text a specific keyword (e.g., “JOIN”) to a Twilio-powered number and receive an automated opt-in confirmation message.
2. Clear Disclosure and Compliance
• At the time of sign-up, users are informed of the purpose of communications (order updates, promotions, exclusive offers).
• Frequency of messages is disclosed (e.g., “You may receive up to 4 messages per month”).
• Users are told that message and data rates may apply.

3. Consent and Record-Keeping
